Since January 1, 2024, the operation of public transport (MHD) in Teplice has been managed by the municipal organization Městská doprava Teplice, which oversees the entire city transport system and operates connections serving both the city center and surrounding districts. Passengers can purchase tickets directly from the driver, via the Ústecký kraj app DÚKapka, or at the MHD Teplice information and ticket pre-sale stand.
The information stand offers a wide range of services, including issuing new DÚK chip cards (personalized and anonymous), topping up electronic wallets and time tickets, verifying eligibility for reduced fares, and selling paper coupons. Promotional and advertising items with MHD Teplice motifs are also available, along with information on fares and transport conditions, printed timetables, and connection searches.
