Responsible for nature, water, air, forest, and landscape protection and performs state administration in environmental matters. Assists citizens with tree-felling permits, waste management, water protection, minor offenses, and environmental opinions on constructions and projects. Manages city greenery, forests, playgrounds, fountains, cemetery, cleaning, waste separation, and illegal dump removal. Provides information on air quality, smog, and public space usage.
