Biopark of the Gymnázium Teplice

Biopark GT is a small botanical and zoological garden. Its main purpose is to provide students with visual aids for learning biology. Pupils can not only see a number of living organisms with their own eyes, but also work with them, observe them and study them.

The biopark is a source of instruction. GT students can visit it with their teachers almost whenever it suits them. Plants and animals can observe, photograph, take biological samples for further study, etc.

In addition to watching, they can also put their hand to the work and help ensure the running of the Biopark. For example, looking for and preparing food, cleaning terrariums, aquariums, pens, etc.

The biopark is also accessible for pupils from other schools, who can come on an excursion at the agreed time.

On Saturdays, summer holidays and other occasions, Biopark GT is open to the general public.
